SCRIPTURES ON THE PERSECUTION OF COMMON PEOPLE BY THE RICH

There are some interesting verses in the New Testament that
talk about the rich men of the earth, the financial elite, or
imply something about their control over the use of money in buying
and selling.

James 5: 1-5 says "Go to now, [ye] rich men, weep and howl for your
miseries that shall come upon [you]. 2 Your riches are corrupted,
and your garments are motheaten. 3 Your gold and silver is
cankered; and the rust of them shall be a witness against you, and
shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Ye have heaped treasure
together for the last days. 4 Behold, the hire of the labourers who
have reaped down your fields, which is of you kept back by fraud,
crieth: and the cries of them which have reaped are entered into the
ears of the Lord of sabaoth. 5 Ye have lived in pleasure on the
earth, and been wanton; ye have nourished your hearts, as in a day of
slaughter."

Note that the rich men are said to have cheated workers out of their
just wages. "Ye have reaped treasure together for the last days"
perhaps points to the Tribulation
period when the rule of the rich men may come to a climax and they
will be totally defeated by the Lord at his appearing.

Revelation 6: 15-16 gives us a glimpse of these rich men of the
earth hiding in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains, trying
to escape the wrath of the Lamb. " And the kings of the earth, and
the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the
mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in
the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; 16 And said to the
mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him
that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:"

This prophecy could be both physical and metaphoric. That is, on
the physical level rich men and others may hide in the dens and rocks
to try to escape the wrath of Christ when he appears. The rich men
and other important people may not know that the wrath of God has
come on them until Christ actually appears on earth. And - on a
metaphorical level the dens
may represent places where serpents, dragons, owls and satyrs
stay so that those who hide in the dens and rocks are the group
who cause a third of men to be killed (Revelation 9: 18). Revelation
9: 29 calls this group the serpents. Like the scorpions
of Revelation 9: 5-11 who have as their king Apollyon of the
bottomless pit, the serpents have gone bad and follow Satan.

Revelation 13: 16-17 says "And he causeth all, both small and great,
rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand,
or in their foreheads: 17 And that no man might buy or sell, save
he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his
name."

"He" refers to the second beast who appears in Revelation 13: 11
out of the earth, while the first beast of Revelation 13: 1-3 comes
up out of the sea. The second beast is usually called the False
Prophet, a construct that may not be limited to one man as
the leader of the Church in apostasy during the Tribulation. The
False prophet may also represent the apostate Church.

Why would the False Prophet rather than the first beast, the
political beast, cause people to receive a mark without which they
cannot buy or sell? What is the connection between false
Christianity and the financial elite who have control over money and
buying and selling with money?

The merchants, the emporos, of Revelation 18: 3, 11,and 15 can refer to
world traders. On http://www.blueletterbible.org/ for
Thayer's Greek Lexicon the definition of emporos, translated as
merchants, is "one on a journey, whether by sea or by land, esp. for
trade, a merchant as opposed to a retailer or petty tradesman." Some
members of the financial elite are big world traders. Babylon of prophecy
in Revelation 17 and 18 is not only false Christianity, but also
oppressive government and the financial-economical system.

It would seem to make more sense to include the financial elite within
the concept of the first beast of Revelation 13 than to connect
the rich men to the False Prophet and false Christianity during the
time of the Tribulation.

The Mark of the Beast may be different than that which the
conventional interpretations have made of it so far. It may be
metaphoric in part and yet the financial elite may also set up a
system that requires everyone to buy and sell electronically using
some kind of identification "mark."

The Mark has a spiritual meaning in that those who belong to
Satan during the Tribulation receive it spiritually, while those who
belong to Christ have his spiritual Mark on them. But there is more
to the Mark since it is said to be necessary to buy or sell and is
caused to exist by the False Prophet.

The Bible does deal with the financial elite and with
their oppression of the poor. I want to go over some Scriptures
on the persecution of the poor by the rich men and on their
extortion of money and possessions from the poor. Then I
want to talk about some ways that the financial elite - which is
the ruling elite - have persecuted the common people, here in the U.S.

It is the extortion of money or possessions from poor people by the
more
wealthy that God's moral law forbids. Unjust gain by usury or by any
other scheme is condemned as sin by the Bible. Although usury is not
specifically identified in the New Testament as a sin, in Matthew 21:
12, Mark 11: 15 and John 2: 14-15 Christ reacts strongly to the
practices of the money changers in the Temple. The money changers who,
he said, made the temple into a den of thieves were extorting money
from people in some way. The money changers were likely cheating
people who came from far away for the feasts and had to exchange their
foreign money for shekels to pay the temple tax. 
It is not only taking interest on
loans that is said to be wrong in the Bible, but any form of extortion
and unjust gain. The Federal Reserve scam is a major way the
financial elite extort money from the poor, the Lower Middle Class
and the Middle Class in the U.S. The elite have other schemes for
stealing
the people's money and possessions.

Exodus 22:25 begins God's statement of his law against usury, and
God is
especially opposed to extorting money from the poor. "If thou lend
money to any
of my people that is poor by
thee, thou shalt not be to him as an usurer, neither shalt thou lay
upon him usury".

Ezekiel 18: 4-8 explains "Behold all souls are mine:...the soul that
sinneth, it shall die. But if a man be just, and do that which is
lawful and right...He that hath not given forth upon usury, neither
hath taken any increase, that hath withdrawn his hand from iniquity,
hath executed true judgment between man and man."

Ezekiel 22:12-20 says "In thee have they taken gifts to shed
blood; thou hast
taken usury and increase, and thou hast greedily gained of thy
neighbours by extortion, and hast forgotten me, saith the Lord God.
Behold, therefore I have smitten mine hand at thy
dishonest gain which thou hast made, and at thy blood which hath been
in the midst of thee. Can thine heart endure, or can thine hands be
strong,
in the days that I shall deal with thee? I the LORD have spoken it,
and will do it. And I will scatter thee among the heathen, and
disperse thee in the countries, and will consume thy filthiness out of
thee. Son of man, the house of Israel is to me become dross:
all they are brass, and tin, and iron, and lead, in the midst of the
furnace; they are even the dross of silver. Therefore thus saith the
Lord GOD; Because ye are all
become dross, behold, therefore I will gather you into the midst of
Jerusalem. As they gather silver, and brass, and iron, and lead,
and tin, into the midst of the furnace, to blow the fire upon it, to
melt it; so will I gather you in mine anger and in my fury, and I will
leave you there, and melt you."

Ezekiel 22: 12-20 says that dishonest gain in practicing usury was
one of the main sins of the people of Israel for which they were
punished.

THE RICH PERSECUTE THE POOR

Psalm 10: 2 says "The wicked in [his] pride doth persecute the poor:
let them be taken in the devices that they have imagined. {The
wicked... In the pride of the wicked he doth persecute} Psalm
10: 9-10 goes on to say " He lieth in wait secretly as a lion in his
den: he lieth in wait to catch the poor: he doth catch the poor, when
he draweth him into his net. {secretly in the secret places}
10 He croucheth,  that the poor may fall by
his strong ones..."

"For the LORD heareth the poor, and despiseth not his prisoners.
(Psalm 69: 33)." Proverbs 14: 31 says "He that oppresseth the poor
reproacheth his Maker: but he that honoureth him hath mercy on the
poor."

Proverbs 22: 7 says "The rich ruleth over the poor, and the borrower
[is] servant to the lender." This could be read as being just a
statement of the fact that the rich do rule over
the poor. But the fact that this is so does not please the Lord.

"As a roaring lion, and a ranging bear; so is a wicked ruler over the
poor people (Proverbs 28: 15)." "There is a generation, whose teeth
are as swords, and their jaw teeth as knives, to devour the poor from
off the earth, and the needy from among men (Proverbs 30: 14)." The
ruling elite wants to get rid of "the useless eaters," the poor and
elderly "from off the earth."

But the elite in a "Democracy" sometimes have to operate in
secret and use deception to rule over and oppress the common folk.

Isaiah 32: 7 says "The instruments also of the churl
are evil: he deviseth wicked schemes to destroy the poor with lying
words." The elite create wars that kill off some of the poor and
average people
suffer from war. As we will see in
an online article, the financial elite created the Great Depression
of the late twenties and thirties to re-establish themselves as
rulers in a class system and to weaken the economic power
of the common people. The Federal Reserve System, enacted in
1913 is deceptive in that it pretends to be "federal," but is a
private national bank which has control over our money and loans
all money into existence to extract usury from the people.

The financial elite is also able to use the stock market to extract
money from the people. Finally, the Lower Middle Class, or
Working Class, in America has been hit a hard economic blow
by exporting more and more of their factory jobs overseas.
Many people, including some of the poor, are deceived and
exploited by credit card banks with their loan sharking scams.
The financial elite use an Executive Order from the Reagan
Regime to keep the price of gold and silver down so more people
invest in the stock market.

Look what the Lord says in Amos 4: 1-2 he will do to those who
oppress the poor. "Hear this word, ye kine of Bashan, that [are] in
the mountain of Samaria, which oppress the poor, which crush the
needy, which say to their masters, Bring, and let us drink.  The
Lord GOD hath sworn by his holiness, that, lo, the days shall come
upon you, that he will take you away with hooks, and your posterity
with fishhooks."

"Kine" is cattle. The mountains of Samaria may be a metaphor
for an arrogant group of oppressors. Being on a mountain can mean
being in glory with Christ, or it can mean being full of pride and
haughtiness. The mountains of Samaria may refer to a group who is
like the Pharisees of Christ's time.

Amos 5: 12 says "For I know your manifold transgressions and your
mighty sins: they afflict the just, they take a bribe, and they turn
aside the poor in the gate [from their right]."

God promises to give the poor their rights in the Old Testament.
Psalm 140: 12 says "I know that the LORD will maintain the cause of
the afflicted, [and] the right of the poor."

Then Isaiah 10: 1-3 says "Woe unto them that decree unrighteous
decrees, and that write grievousness [which] they have prescribed; To
turn aside the needy from judgment, and to take away the right from
the poor of my people, that widows may be their prey, and [that] they
may rob the fatherless!  And what will ye do in the day of
visitation, and in the desolation [which] shall come from far? to
whom will ye flee for help? and where will ye leave your glory? "
Isaiah is referring to the decrees of government or judges that
deprive the poor of their right. The day of visitation must be the
Tribulation.

CREDIT CARD BANK LOAN SHARKING

Reviewing the huge number of complaints on the Internet against
MBNA/Bank of America credit cards, Bank of America credit cards and
those issued by Citibank shows these banks to be financial predators
who engage in unethical business practices, deceive their consumers,
run rip off scams on cardholders to cheat them out of money, make
promises they don't fulfill, and they are rude to their customers.
These practices in early 2005 caused the MBNA credit card bank to
lose so many cardholders that its stock dropped by a huge 94%, down
to $31.7 million from their initial projection of $519 million. See:

Yet MBNA, now owned by Bank of America, and Bank of America still
engage in these rip off scams, deceptions and unethical businesses
practices - probably because if they lose some customers there are
more people waiting to sign up for their credit cards.

The standard Cardholders Agreement that credit card banks send out to
card holders is not a contract because the Agreement says the bank
can change any part of it at any time, including raising the interest
rate, increasing the minimum monthly payment or increasing late fees.

American credit card banks have been targeting people of low income,
offering them credit cards. There is information on

deceptive offers. On this site they report that the Attorney General
of Delaware in 2003 brought charges against Cross Country Bank and
Applied Car Systems for fraud, false advertising, deceptive business
practices, abusive debt collection and for targeting low income
people with deceptive pitches
Lower income people often use credit cards to buy food, pay the rent
and pay for heating and gasoline because they run out of money before
they run out of days in a month. Then, their credit card debt piles
up and they cannot make the minimum monthly payments. The predatory
credit card banks make the situation worse by charging the poor
people added fines which in time more than double the amount
originally owed.

Credit card banks charge fines if a payment is late a few days. They
are not under a contract to stick to the original interest rate
charged and they can increase the amount of monthly payment.
Finally, a credit card bank can declare a borrower to be in
default and then the bank demands the entire debt be paid in full all
at once. Last, collection agencies, acting for the banks, come after
the small amount of money and the few possessions the poor people
have. These practices are exactly the kind of thing that Exodus 22:
25 forbids.

In addition, GC Services headquartered in Houston, Texas but with
offices all over the nation, one of the larger collection agencies
credit card banks used to go after the assets of card holders who
have been declared to be in default is unscrupulous in its practices
toward those who it targets. The federal Fair Debt Collection
Practices Act forbids collection agencies from calling people before
8 AM or after 9 PM, says they must not call employers, relatives or
others to harass them, and must not make false statements to threaten
people. Yet on the Internet there are numerous complaints that GC
Services violate all these rules.

The federal Fair Debt Collection
Practices Act authorizes courts to force collection agencies pay attorney
fees, though the total judgment allowed to the person harrassed
is only $1,000. Civil cases under this law can be brought in either

Inflation, especially in food and energy costs, hits low income
people hard. One of the reasons for inflation and the lowering of the
buying power of the dollar is the constant increase by the Federal
Reserve in the money supply. According to the last published data
from 16 March, 2005, M3 has been growing at an annual rate of over
8.22%. As of 16th March 2006 M3 was $10,336.3 billion. A year
earlier, on 14th March 2005, the M3 was $9,550.5 billion. M3 is a

Lower income people spend a very large percentage of their income on
food, rent, gasoline and heating costs, and when these costs go up
due to inflation at a rate a lot higher than the "official" 3.55
percent, the people have to resort to the use of credit cards or go
hungry and cold. The percent of families at the lowest income level
holding credit card debt doubled from 15 to 30 percent between 1989

THE RICH MEN MAKE THE COMMON PEOPLE POOR

Soon after the turn of the century in America, during the period of
about
1900 to 1910, the working class was becoming more affluent, and more
of the
dirt poor were earning incomes they could live on. The ruling elite
and upper
middle classes had been under criticism by the common people due to
the populist movements in the Midwest, Texas and the South during the
last decades of the 19th century. In part
due to industrialization, the distinctions between the poor, the
working
class and the upper classes were becoming less clear.

So the ruling elite which is the financial elite devised schemes to
push
the common people back down. In 1913 the U.S. Congress passed the
Federal Reserve Act under suspicious conditions. This act gave
control of
the American money supply to a private bank owned by the financial
elite,
not only in this country but also in England and Europe. Under this
national
bank, all money put by it into circulation was to be paid back to it
with
interest, or with usury, which is a sin in the Old Testament. The
Federal
Reserve supplied money to its member banks who in turn loaned it out
at interest to people who pledged their assets to the banks so the
banks
could take them if the people failed to make proper payments.

With the Federal Reserve Act the financial elite and lesser bankers
were
put in a position to be able to seize much of the money,and
possessions
of the people, But since the U.S. is a "Democracy" the financial
elite had to
steal just a little at a time of the money and possessions of the
people.

By the late twenties the common people were again becoming more
economically prosperous, and this time the financial elite in its
class war
on the common people created the Great Depression. The elite withheld
much of the money supply in the U.S. They did the same in
the rest of the world.  As
a result, the poor became very poor and a large part of the working
class
fell into poverty. Even the Middle Class was reduced in size. But
because
America was more of an agrarian society from 1929 to 1941 and people
were more resourceful, the Great Depression did not result in the
deaths
of very many poor and working class people. But the depression
dragged
on until World War II got going.

For a couple of decades after the end of World War II, many of the
poor
became employed and the working class was fully able to live on its
incomes.
Many in the Lower Middle Class from about 1947 to 1970 moved into
Middle or Upper Middle class jobs, incomes and lifestyle. The class
distinctions were again threatened. This time the financial elite
did not
pull something as drastic as the Great Depression. Instead, they have
used
a gradual method of driving the common people into relative poverty.
Our
factory system was mostly sent overseas and to a great extent
replaced by a service economy where jobs were lower paying. The gap
between the common people and the Upper Middle Class widened.

THE FINANCIAL ELITE MOVES SOCIETY TOWARD FASCISM

In order for the financial elite to increase their oppression of the
poor, the Lower Middle Class and the Middle Class, in a "Democracy"
they must
move the government and society - in partial secrecy - toward fascism.

In the U.S. today Disdain for the importance of human rights,
Identification of enemies/scapegoats as a unifying cause,
A controlled mass media, Obsession with national security Inevitably,
a national security apparatus was under direct control of the ruling
elite, Power of corporations protected,
Power of labor suppressed or eliminated, Obsession with crime and
punishment, Rampant cronyism and corruption and
Fraudulent elections are all clearly present.

Another of the Fourteen Points of Fascism, Religion and the ruling
elite joined together, is beginning to come about. John Hagee and
his organization Christians United For Israel are starting to align
a large part of American fundamentalist evangelical Christianity
with the Israel Lobby, AIPAC, the Neocons and the current Bush
regime. It can be argued that AIPAC, the Neocons and the Bush
regime are only puppets of the ruling elite - who may allow
seemingly opposing puppets to replace some of these puppets - still
evangelical Christianity is being joined to the power elite.
In addition, the Rick Warren networking Church is striving to build
an international organization, supposedly Dominionist, which also
seeks to join Christianity with government and the elites. Rick
Warren's outfit
makes use of the dialectic or diaprax in small Christian groups to
brain
wash them into conformity with the goals of the international
networking
Dominionist church. This Church compromises all over the place with
the
world but supposedly wants to take over the world and "perfect" it so
Christ can then appear. Rick Warren is a member of the Council On
Foreign Relations, an organization where members of the ruling elite
meet to discuss issues and make
their plans.

The Internal Revenue Service's 501C(3) tax exempt status for the
organized churches has been
used in some instances to silence the criticism of the government by
pastors, and can be used
more extensively to prevent opposition to the government from the
churches. Most preachers
are willing to obey and support the government in spite of the
Protestant tradition coming down
from John Knox through Samuel Rutherford and others which says that
rulers and governments
must obey the moral law in the Bible, and that there are Scripures
which balance Romans 13
and give authority for not supporting a corrupt government.
Christians are called to be independent
of the world and especially of government. Christ in John 17: 14-18
prays to the Father that
"I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because
they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. 15 I pray
not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou
shouldest keep them from the evil. 16 They are not of the world, even
as I am not of the world."

THE ELITE'S POPULATION REDUCTION POLICY AGAINST THE POOR

Not only do the financial elite seek to keep the common people poor
and unable to rise above their class status, they have also
called for a reduction in the population. The main target for this
population reduction is the poor, the Lower Middle Class and the
elderly of all classes (except the elderly in the ruling elite).

Henry Kissinger has not only been close to David Rockefeller, but has
also held high level posts in the federal government. In the
seventies, Kissinger created the Office of Population Affairs, which
was involved with the NSV Ad Hoc Group, also created by Kissinger
after he met with the Club of Rome during the 1974 population
conferences. The Club of Rome is one of several organizations of the
ruling elite calling for a reduction in world population.

In the early seventies Kissinger also wrote a then secret National
Security Memorandum (NSM 200) in which he said "Overpopulation should
be the highest priority of U.S. towards the Third World." This

population in the Third World has been U.S. national security policy
since the seventies. Iraq and Afghanistan are part of the Third
World, and have been given the depleted uranium (DU) population
reduction treatment by the ruling elite.

And so, the New Age Occultists, the Satanists, the environmenalists
and National Security Policy all want to get rid of people from the
earth. In addition, the Rockefeller trusts have called for a large
reduction in the population of the Third World, if not all the world.
As Leuren Moret has said, DU is a weapon that can be used to "destroy
populations." It is, she noted, also a "permanent terrain
contaminant," ruining the soil, water and plants for many years,
maybe for eternity. Major Doug Rokke tells us that DU kills on the
day of combat, and then continues to kill for a long time, leaving
many with lingering sickness.

The policy of population reduction is not limited to the Third
World, but includes the U.S.

Deanna Spingola reported that Dr. Lawrence Dunegan attended
a lecture by Dr. Richard Day at the Pittsburgh Pediatric Society in
1969. Spingola's article on News With Views is taken from
Dr. Lawrence Dunegan's tapes he made in 1988 of his memory of
the lecture in 1969 by Dr. Richard day called "... the New Order of
Barbarians, referred to on the tapes simply as the "new world
system." Tapes one and two were recorded in 1988 and are the
recollections of Dr. Lawrence Dunegan regarding a lecture he attended
on March 20, 1969 at a meeting of the Pittsburgh Pediatric Society.
The lecturer at that gathering of pediatricians (identified in tape
three recorded in 1991) was a Dr. Richard Day (who died in 1989). At
the time Dr. Day was Professor of Pediatrics at Mount Sinai Medical
School in New York. Previously he had served as Medical Director of
Planned Parenthood Federation of America. Dr. Dunegan was formerly a
student of Dr. Day at the University of Pittsburgh and was well
acquainted with him, though not intimately. He describes Dr. Day as
an insider of the "Order" and although Dr. Dunegan's memory was
somewhat dimmed by the intervening years, he is able to provide
enough details of the lecture to enable any enlightened person to
discern the real purposes behind the trends of our time."

I want to pull out some of the statements made by the insider
Dr. Richard Day in 1969:

"Numbers of people living at any one time on the planet must be
limited or we will run out of space to live."

"Sex must be separated from reproduction. Sexual activity will not be
discouraged but increased, but in such a way that people won't be
having babies."

""Abortion will no longer be a crime." Abortion will be accepted as
normal, and would be paid for by taxes for people who could not pay
for their own abortions. "

"School sex programs will lead to more pregnancies. Parents opposed
to abortion on moral or religious grounds will change their minds
when it is their own child who is pregnant. This will help overcome
opposition to abortion. "Before long, only a few die-hards will still
refuse to see abortion as acceptable, and they won't matter anymore."

"People will be given permission to be homosexual." They won't have
to hide it. Everyone will be given permission to have sex, to enjoy
however and whatever they want. Anything goes. Kinsey's Rockefeller-
funded "research" facilitated the current mentality about
homosexuality and sex."

"Divorce would be made easier and more prevalent. Most people who
marry will marry more than once. More people will not marry. Families
will be diminished in importance."

"Medical care will be connected with one's employment and become very
costly and become unavailable to people beyond a certain time."

"Medicine would be much more tightly controlled."

"Free hospital care would gradually cease. Costs will be forced up to
necessitate insurance. Frequently, it is insurance companies that
dictate treatment."

"Doctors and their image will change. They will ultimately be
recognized as highly skilled technicians. Their jobs will include
things like executions by lethal injection. The lone practitioner
will become a thing of the past."

"New difficult to diagnose diseases will appear and remain
untreatable - at least for along time."

"Dr. Day said: "We can cure almost every cancer right now.
Information about this is on file in the Rockefeller Institute." But
if people stop dying of cancer, we would become overpopulated. "You
may as well die of cancer as something else." Efforts at cancer
treatment would be geared more toward comfort than toward cure. None
of the known or suspected insiders seem to get cancer and undergo the
immune-system-destroying affects of expensive chemotherapy. There is
big money in cancer treatment! "

Dr. Day said: "There is now a way to simulate a real heart attack. It
can be used as a means of assassination." Let's see, who has had a
heart problem recently – any non compliant government officials,
foreign or domestic? "

"Convenience foods will be hazardous. "Anybody who is lazy enough to
want convenience foods rather than fixing his own also had better be
energetic enough to exercise. Because if he was too lazy to exercise
